Nastya has made a renal transplantation from the grandmother as you know, therefore in chamber — already the general, not sterile since the dangerous period already passed — we have found all three: Nastya, mum and the grandmother. The grandmother has already recovered after operation, sits on a bed, rises, goes, and looks so as if nothing has changed in life. Her grand daughter Nastya lies more and it is necessary the careful help her to sit down in bed, — after all, two cuts on a stomach, painfully. But it will skin over before wedding! As Nastya looks very well, simply the wonderful girl! Mum looks after them both, she is shone with happiness and speaks that they want home as soon as possible, after all and walls help in home.

Grandmother’s kidney was accepted to work, hardly it have replaced in an organism of the grand daughter. It has started to deduce a liquid from an organism already in day of operation, by the evening, and do it much better than the car for a dialysis. Doctors have replaced a kidney Nastya yesterday. Operation has begun a bit later, than planned, not in 9 mornings, and already at the twelfth o’clock, because since morning a kidney was replaced to the woman who stood for a long time in a waiting list (yes, the people, expecting a kidney urgently replaced, live as on the suitcases, at any moment ready to dart off). Sometimes there are such here problems since the cadaveric body can’t wait.

Therefore, as soon as doctors have finished with this woman, were engaged Nastya and her grandmother. Operation lasted approximately 4 hours; they have transferred in sterile chamber in the evening. And surgeons had rather hot day!

We were in branch of transplantation of a kidney last night, and we have met shining mum. As she said, the grandmother and the grand daughter feel normally, and the donor kidney has proved that it works by the evening! The grandmother didn’t sleep two days before transplantation, all endured, therefore she sleeps off now. Pressure of both has a little risen. But the huge important issue is made!

Nastya’s Mum said that she couldn’t find any peace for excitement while there was an operation and yet she hasn’t seen the daughter, and she has begun to look after Nastya and her mum now with pleasure. She is shone with happiness and transfers many thanks to all who has made this miracle possible! The responsible period of postoperative rehabilitation now begins.

Nastya was 18 years old on Friday of the thirteenth. We have come to congratulate Nastya with this day!

Though Nastya was 18 years old, but hardly it is possible to give more than 13-15 years. As a matter of fact, Nastya is the fragile and diffident teenager. It was necessary to transfer a bouquet made and presented with love from the general chamber to a corridor, because of fear of an infection to which people after change undergo.

Refusal of kidneys results patients in this branch. It not simply endangers life, but also makes destructions in an organism, with each person differently. It has taken away hearing from Nastya. Nastya hears not so well even with hearing aid; she would read on lips but when the interlocutor in a mask, mess arises constantly, and it is not necessary to be in branch without a mask. Nastya answers not to the point, but we learn the main thing — about doctors that they are kind, about a medicine that she has hard, about mum, about the grandmother, about school, holidays, lessons, friends, even about favourite house cats... About everything that excites this 18-year-old fragile child.

Then we have seen mum, smiling, positive, and loving. She is the same slender and tiny as a daughter. And soon and the grandmother has appeared, from which the kidney will be replaced. She is too small and slender. They are amicable, smiling, the friend for the friend mountain. All of them have laughing eyes. God grant to each family to be same amicable, as they.

Nastya’s transplantation should take place on November, 17th. Nastya was prepared «under the full program» all this time, and the grandmother in any way will especially not prepare, she only has passed checkup, the grandmother is healthy and full of determination.

Our acquaintance to history of Nastya has begun in an office of managing branch of kidney transplantation RNCH. Michael Mihajlovich has told that mum of the girl has addressed to them, at whom the hearing is almost lost because of refusal of kidneys. «Hello! My daughter is called by Nastya. She was born on November, 13th, 1991. Nastya was ill, when she was 7 months years old, before this she was not ill and developed well. The diagnosis has established not at once though some doctors have examined her, they put an intestinal infection and when have understood in what business, she was already in a grave condition. She has brought in a coma in the hospital. We have brought to hospital «Sacred Vladimir». The diagnosis has sounded for us awfully: sharp nephritic insufficiency. Doctors long struggled for her life. Nastya has connected to an artificial kidney. When I let come in to her, it was intolerable hard to see the tiny, helpless daughter connected to set of devices and to understand that you can’t help her anything. Doctors didn’t depart from her, they used the best efforts also the impossible. I am very grateful to them for it. Nastya was on device IVL 53 days, on a peritoneal dialysis 21 day, she has made 8 hemodialyses. The daughter has come to the senses gradually, she has disconnected from devices, and she already could breathe and eat itself. We have signed out from hospital in three months, but with diagnoses of a nephropathy after transferred GUUS (a globulicidal uraemic syndrome), chronic nephritic insufficiency. She was restored hard, was weak and badly grew. I began to notice that the daughter badly reacts to sounds. We were waited by one more shock; medicines have affected an acoustical nerve that has caused bilateral neural deafness of IV degree. It was necessary to put on hearing aids and to learn to listen and speak. All this time we were observed in hospital «Sacred Vladimir». In the beginning there was a hope that kidneys will start to develop and grow, but it hasn’t occurred. Nastya has a kidney of the one-year-old child. And diagnoses which doctors put to her is chronic nephritic insufficiency of IV degree GUUS in the anamnesis; a nephrogenic anemia; a renal arterial hypertensia; an autoimmune thyroadenitis; bilateral neural deafness of IV degree. She is on a diet and accepts medicines constantly: ketosteril, entegnin, norvaks, alpha DZ, a calcium carbonate, recormon. Doctors do her injections of venofera once a month. Daughter will 18 years old soon it wasn’t possible to consult with all it to us till this time. She has grown the cheerful, remarkable girl, she is engaged in dances, she studies well, but study is given hardly. She will leave school this year. But such awful moment has now come when kidneys already don’t consult at all, medicines don’t help also and Nastya’s feels are worse. Operation on a renal transplantation is urgently necessary for us. Medicines for this operation cost very expensively, and I am not in a condition to pay them, since I bring up a daughter alone. I am helped by my parents, but they are pensioners. We haven’t any property, there is nothing to sell. I am government worker, my salary suffices to live, but it is no possibility to save money. Only the miracle can to rescue my girl... Help us, please!!! I beg you!!!"

The beautiful, clever, kind girl. It is necessary to help, that the girl lived and further pleased all around. Preparations cost 399 300 roubles now. Operation is appointed to the end of November. The grandmother has agreed to become the donor.
