Idar Kashirokov and his mother Marina have arrived in FNC of name of academician Shumakov on liver transplantation at once after New Year's holidays 2010. Operation has passed successfully, but it was unexpected for all that normalized analyses have shown sharp deterioration, the kid has again started to turn yellow, the tummy again began to be inflated. Ultrasonic has shown a focal inflammation in a liver, therapy has been appointed, but, unfortunately, it hasn't brought a positive effect. Now Idar waits for repeated transplantation of a liver but when it will be made – it is not known. And the finance at a family has come to the end – the Moscow dearness promotes it very much. With the request for material support Marina also has addressed in our fund.

We have bought device «Dezar-4» for Idar

Idar’s Mum has addressed to us with the request to help her with acquisition of a bactericidal irradiator-recirculator «Dezar-4».

Idar is very weakened by long illness, besides, he accepts immunosuppression, therefore he can undergo to virus attack very easily, as there is a cold season now which goes hand in hand with flu at us. And the boy can’t be ill absolutely now. " Dezar-4″ will disinfect air indoors where there is a kid and thus in addition to preserve him against virus infection.

The device costs 7900 rubles; this sum was given by Federation of Mountaineering of Azerbaijan to a family.

We, from our part, have once again brought diapers and napkins to the kid.

Kashirokovs convey huge thanks to all who supports them in a difficult situation, and separately — FAA for the help in irradiator acquisition.

News about Idar

Idar goes on the amendment slowly but surely. His analyses became better, temperatures almost all time is the normal. As a whole doctors estimate a condition of the boy as stable though speeches don’t go about recover while, unfortunately.

The boy still feed a little because the organism won’t manage differently. According to mum, the kid has very much grown thin. But we will hope that Idar will make up for lost time shortly. All the tastiest delicacies still will be at him.

Diapers and napkins are transferred for Idar

Doctors stimulate the kid, giving to him diuretic to help exchange processes with an organism of Idar and to prevent amassment of liquids. Doctors hourly weigh him among other for control over a condition of child. Accordingly, the kid should change very often diapers, and they are spent with huge speed. Past week we have transferred to Marina, mum of the boy, a new portion of diapers and damp napkins. We with all heart thank Cyril Chernorizov who hasn’t simply brought all these necessary subjects on Shchukinskaya, in scientific research institute of transplantology and artificial organs where there is Idar, but also has independently chosen and has bought all these subjects of children’s use.

Two weeks after operation

Idar slowly comes to the senses after operation, though a condition of the boy is while heavy enough. However, it is no wonder: this little man still never in life managed to stay healthy and to save up forces. We hope that it is definitive test from fallen to a lot of the boy and his parents, and further high-grade and happy life waits him.

According to mum, Idar has allowed eating gradually one week ago — up until that time, week after operation, it was impossible to eat him. The kid eats well, only takes offense that it can eat a little, therefore cries much.

As to aunt of Idar who was the donor her condition doesn’t inspire fears to doctors. She already starts to go gradually and feels well.

Once again we thank all who supports a family and worries about destiny of the kid. Your participation is very important and it will help the boy by all means.

Idar has operated

Idar has operated on September, 29th.

Operation has turned out off-schedule. The condition of the child was heavy and, therefore operation has transferred for earlier term. Operation lasted 14 hours (from 9 mornings till 12 nights). This time his native aunt became the donor for Idar. Now Idar departs from a narcosis. Doctors say that operation has passed regularly.

We have got pampers, damp napkins and disposable diapers on the offered money. We have transferred also 5000 roubles as material aid to a family.

Idar was prepared for operation

According to mum of the boy, her sister stops to pass checkup on possibility to become the donor of a liver for the boy. Already now doctors say that concerning a blood type and the condition of a liver they haven’t questions so the aunt becomes the donor for Idar if there will be no objections from other experts.

In the meantime Idar was treated for the erosion of the stomach which has arisen owing to reception of a considerable quantity of antibiotics (kid accepted their for suppression of inflammatory process in a liver).

Under forecasts of doctors if there will be no additional obstacles, in the beginning of October the repeated liver transplantation will be already made to the boy. We wish Idar good luck and the prompt recover.

Warm things are transferred for Idar

We thank Charity foundation «Sozidanie» for devoted warm things for Idar. After all the kid has grown for a long time from those clothes in which he has brought to Moscow. Thanks to the rendered help, the child could be walked under the tender autumn sun. The foundation «The life as a miracle », from its part, has rendered the financial help to mum of the boy.
